Students today are the problem solvers, scientists, artists, and leaders of tomorrow. We want to support them with nutritious snacks, fresh groceries, and awards to encourage their aspirations and potential.
STUDENT COMPASSION AWARDS
Rahima Foundation offers certificates and financial awards to students who go above and beyond to show compassion, empathy and community service skills. This program is currently on hold due to Covid.
Our criteria for the selection of Student Award recipients:

BACKPACK DRIVE
Rahima Foundation has an active drive to collect backpacks for students who are unable to afford school supplies. We are helping local refugee and immigrant students, as well as a large refugee population in Sacramento. We can purchase backpacks in bulk for $25 each, which will be the more economical way for you to support financially. However, you can also donate in-kind, probably at a higher cost. If you decide to purchase yourself, and donate them in-kind to Rahima ,we request that you order neutral colors like red, black, tan, and grey.
